The Idol 3 4.7 features a 4.7 display while Idol 3 5.5 has a bigger 5.5 display.
The Idol 3 lineup consists of two handsets that use the same design but differ in size and specifications. But I can live without the Internet features of the phone. Alcatel ONE TOUCH Idol 3 4.7 and Idol 3 5.5 are Android smartphones manufactured by TCL Mobile and officially unveiled at 2015’s Mobile World Congress. A couple of downsides to this solution include: text messages and call log in wrong order (because they are ordered by date) unable to use the email app (server rejects connection presumably because incorrect device date is suspicious) similarly, in the browser many websites will throw an invalid certificate warning due to the incorrect date. on the outside screen which I frequently glance at. I chose this year because it uses the same calendar as 2021, and will display the correct day of the week e.g. The best solution I've found as a stop-gap is to turn off Auto-sync date and time in settings, and then change the year to 2010. I'm very curious and eager to hear an official response from either KaiOS or Alcatel (emailed both, but not holding my breath as it's a holiday/weekend). Wow!
